A finished basement with a row of theater seats, a bar and a GOLFZON simulator at the far end

For Utah homeowners

Snow outside. Pebble Beach downstairs.

Tell us about the room and pick the level you like. We handle the rest: the plan, the install and the room around it.

What you get

A round any night of the year

  • Real courses. Over 300, including St Andrews, Pebble Beach and Kiawah Island.
  • Real competition. Network play puts you in a match with golfers somewhere else.
  • A better game. 20 data points on every shot, and 35 on the GDR MAX.
  • The whole family. Optional arcade games such as darts and block golf, played with a club and a ball.
  • More than golf. Movies, sports and gaming can share the same room.

Room sizes

How much room a simulator needs

These are GOLFZON's published minimums. The room we would rather build is 15' wide, 25' deep and 10'8" high.

Will my room fit?

Measure the finished room, wall to wall and floor to ceiling. It starts on our target room, so change the numbers to yours.

Two ways to buy it

A kit or a full build

GOLFZON makes the simulator. The booth and the room are separate. So the real question is how much of the room you want us to take on.

Kit

The system, in a room your builder prepares

We supply and install the GOLFZON system in a room your builder makes ready to GOLFZON's blueprints.

Full build

The whole room, start to finish

We take the booth, the screen wall, the audio, lighting and control, and the finish, working with your builder. Between us and our partners, we have a lot of experience with simulator rooms.

What we can do

What we do with the room you have

Golf-first room

The room is built around the simulator. This is the room we would rather build: 15' wide, 25' deep and 10'8" high. There is a place to sit behind the hitter and nothing in the way of a full swing.

Golf and theater combo

One room for both. We have done plenty of them, and they do compromise. Screen size, seating and ceiling height pull against each other, so we lay out what each side gives up before you build.

A room that falls short

Width and ceiling height are what usually stop a room. We look at taking out a wall, lowering a floor or framing it right the first time. If the room cannot work, we tell you.

The rest of the room

Sound, lighting, shades and control, tied into the simulator room so it all comes on together. The same system can run the rest of your home.

Questions

What homeowners ask

All questions and answers

What room size do you recommend for a golf simulator?

15 feet wide, 25 feet deep and 10 feet 8 inches high. The published minimums are the floor, not the goal. Our target leaves room for a full swing, room behind the hitter and room for people to sit and watch.

Can a golf simulator share a room with a home theater?

Yes, and we have done plenty of combo rooms. They do compromise. Screen size, seating and ceiling height all pull against each other, so we lay out what each side gives up before you build.

What if my room falls short?

We look at the number that is short. A wall can sometimes come out to gain width, and a floor can sometimes drop to gain height. In a new build, we set the numbers before framing. If the room cannot work, we tell you.

How long does a GOLFZON simulator take?

GOLFZON says about 14 weeks from signed order to first round, and the install itself typically takes 1 to 2 days per booth once the space is ready. Custom build-outs can take longer. We give you a schedule when we know the room.

How much does a golf simulator cost?

We quote each room after we see the plans or walk the space. Two things set the number: the level you choose, and kit or full build. Send us the room and we come back with a real number.

Do you work in Southern Utah?

Yes. We work across the Wasatch Front, Park City and Southern Utah, including St. George, Santa Clara and Ivins.

Start a project

Tell us about the room, then pick a level

We call you back, look at the room or the plans, and give you a real number.

1. The project
2. The level you like

Optional. Nothing is final until we talk it through.

We use this to call you back. Nothing else.
