For builders, architects and designers
A GOLFZON room comes down to three numbers and a set of blueprints. We check the room against your plans, then take on as much of it as you want.
When to bring us in
We check the room against the level your client wants, and we settle kit or full build with you.
Height, width and depth get locked, with the platform in the section. GOLFZON's booth blueprints go to your team. This is the step that cannot wait.
Once the space is ready, the install typically takes 1 to 2 days per booth. GOLFZON says to plan on about 14 weeks from signed order.
Two ways to buy it
GOLFZON makes the simulator. The booth and the room are separate. So the real question is how much of the room you want us to take on.
Kit
We supply and install the GOLFZON system in a room your builder makes ready to GOLFZON's blueprints.
Full build
We take the booth, the screen wall, the audio, lighting and control, and the finish, working with your builder. Between us and our partners, we have a lot of experience with simulator rooms.

These are GOLFZON's published minimums. The room we would rather build is 15' wide, 25' deep and 10'8" high.

Measure the finished room, wall to wall and floor to ceiling. It starts on our target room, so change the numbers to yours.

Before framing. Height is the hardest number to change later, and the walls set the width and depth. Send us the plans early and we check the room against the level your client wants.
On a kit, you build it to GOLFZON's blueprints, and GOLFZON's project manager works with the general contractor to get it ready for the install. On a full build, we take it on with you.
GOLFZON lists the platform at 7.25 inches high with finishing material. With a moving floor and auto-tee, it runs around the hitting area and lowers the height inside the room. Plan for it in the section.
The plans, the ceiling height, the level your client has in mind, and whether a left-handed golfer will play. Send what you have, and we come back with notes on the room, then a quote.
